    Last weekend my family came from a celebration of life and just needed a place to settle, have some wonderful food and find our balance. Our server Kiera Simons was FANTASTIC! Her crackling energy, swift service and attention to details was not only appreciated, but valued. I have worked for Swiss Chalet and Milestones in my previous career and want the Recipe Corporation to know what a valued employee they have in Kiera. I also have to say that as a franchisee location; what a clean, well run and welcoming environment this location is. On a challenging day, what Swiss Chalet offered in the way of service, food quality and dining location - surpassed what we needed. Couldn't recommend this location more.     Just picked up two half chicken dinners for my friends mother and roommate in the hospital and I have to say thanks to Ryan the young guy that helped us and gave us some chocolates for them. Thanks so much and I’ll be back. Thanks again man.

    I believe my waiters name was Andrea. She was fantastic lovely personality, and very helpful. I forgot to mention in ordering my ribs that I like honey garlic and of course you just get the barbeque when you don’t think to do that and I tried to eat them, but I couldn’t and I said to Andrea I’m not enjoying the ribs and she brought me the honey garlic ones - no problem She found out it was my birthday She put a lot candle in my pie (on the house:) and because my daughter was at Swiss Chalet in Calgary FaceTimed me the other waitress brought a pile of menus so I could put my phone up on them and converse with my daughter without having to lean my chin against the table. It was a very awesome service night for me. Ribs were a little tough and the fries were not the freshest but everything else was wonderful. Thank you very much

    First time back in a while and wasn't disappointed. Food was amazing. Portions huge. Waitress was friendly. The festive menu is great. Definitely will go again.

    My sister and I went to dine in at Bath Road location Kingston and I decided that I was going to eat the poutine and my bun and I saved my leg to take home. I didn’t even eat any of it. I almost got to my sister‘s house and I forgot the leg on the Table so I called and he said are you coming back to pick it up and I said yes do you have they said they would check. And I feel so blessed that I got there & they had already thrown it in the garbage and cooked me a new one for free That was above and beyond anything I expected. Kudos to all of them. And to add onto that, the server was so tentative and happy that really helped with the atmosphere of the dinner.

    Immediately when we arrived our most professional and highly customer oriented lady server Logan welcomes us so warmly and make a difference the whole mood was awesome after. I have never feel so grateful like today. The food tastes so fresh and the server is so attentive and quick. She keep check on us frequently. We have no problem looking for her. she was available the entire time. If I come again, to this city, I am 100% sure this restaurant will be my number one choice.     This was our first time visiting, as we’re not from Kingston — and I can confidently say we’ll definitely be coming back to this location. There are a few reasons for that: 1 The place was very clean. 2 Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. 3 Our server was absolutely wonderful — polite, knowledgeable, and warm. They interacted with the kids, kept a smile throughout, and had a truly great personality. Now let’s talk about the food — it was outstanding! Everything was prepared beautifully, full of flavour, and served hot. We were thoroughly impressed. Thank you for the great experience!
